Join Region Dalarna's EU-funded Med3Comp project and complete six months of clinical training, with language support and integration assistance available.\nSwedish language level B2 or higher is required, and a decision from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) confirming the need for clinical training must be attached.\nMed3Comp is an EU-funded project aimed at facilitating the validation process for specialist physicians trained outside the EU\/EES and supporting both professional and social integration in Sweden.\nAs a program participant, you will:\nParticipate in clinical practice for 6 months of practical training.\nReceive language support as needed.\nParticipate in social orientation as part of your integration into Swedish society.\nReceive assistance with practical matters such as work permits, housing, and schools for you and any accompanying family members.\n\nAdditional Information\nIf the application form is not functioning, you can send your application documents to info.med3comp@regiondalarna.se\n\nQualifications\nWe are looking for someone who:\nHas received a decision from Socialstyrelsen to complete clinical training.\nHas Swedish language skills at minimum level B2, which we assess as sufficient for clinical training.\nIs a specialist physician.\n\nIMPORTANT: We cannot process applications that do not include the decision regarding clinical training.\n\nPersonal Qualities:\nIt is important that you work well with others, are attentive, and have good interactions with patients and colleagues. You organize and prioritize your work efficiently. Selection for the project is based on Region Dalarna's current need for specialist physicians.
