This is not a classic administrative position. You'll help run daily operations, oversee important tasks, communicate with people inside and outside the company, and gradually get involved in different parts of the business. We are NIL Textile \u2013 a Czech textile company from Ostrava. We develop and manufacture circular clothing, work with our own materials, recycling, European production, customers, and research projects. We're growing fast and need someone to help us keep pace.\nWhat you'll do:\n-You'll be the right hand of management in daily operations.\n-You'll monitor tasks, deadlines, and work in progress.\n-You'll prepare simple tables, research, and materials for the Sales department and management.\n-You'll help with internal communication and production coordination.\n-You'll communicate with suppliers, partners, or regular customers as needed.\n-You'll research suppliers, materials, services, and international trade fairs that you'll also visit in person.\n-You'll help with packages, samples, inventory, or B2C orders.\n-You'll occasionally manage the website, product information, or content.\n-You'll get involved in production, sourcing, logistics, sales, and projects.\n-You'll work in English \u2013 team communication and customer interaction happens in English.\nIt won't be the same every day.
