You will also meet customers who contact the bank with questions or changed needs.\nAs an advisor, you ensure that the customer's entire personal finances are taken care of, either through your own advice or by booking follow-up meetings with colleagues. Customer meetings take place remotely, primarily by phone but also through video meetings and written channels. The role requires good credit knowledge and a business-like approach.\nThe position is full-time with working hours between 07:45\u201318:15, with the possibility to request your schedule. The work is performed on-site at SEB's office in Solna (Arenastaden).
