The role encompasses the project's design phases - from requirements gathering and process design to engineering and customer dialogue. You lead and coordinate the process design and serve as the technical link between the customer and Pharmadule's international project team. Together with colleagues from several engineering disciplines, you ensure that process requirements are integrated into the design of the production facility.\n\nResponsibilities\nResponsible for process design for global pharmaceutical and biotech customers.\nProcess design includes developing process flow diagrams, clean media flow diagrams, production schedules, capacity calculations, and equipment specifications.\nLayout development based on process design of the manufacturing process from the customer.\nCoordinate with process equipment suppliers for integration in the layout.\nEnsure compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.\nWork cross-functionally with internal engineering teams and external partners.\nSupport modular facility design by integrating process requirements into the modular building.\nLead and drive customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions regarding process design and facility design \u2013 with the ability to challenge and question the customer's requirements where needed.\nDrive process concepts from the idea stage (Feasibility Study, Conceptual Design) to Basic Design.\n\nQualifications\nMaster's degree or higher education in chemical engineering, bioengineering\n \n\nApproximately 5 years of experience in process design for pharmaceutical facilities (process engineering consulting).\n \n\nDocumented experience with Feasibility Study, Conceptual Design, and Basic Design.\n \n\nExperience in developing process flows, process descriptions, equipment specifications, and layout documentation.\n \n\nGood knowledge of GMP regulatory requirements (GMP requirements, process and clean media) is a requirement\n \n\n\nExperience designing, creating, and developing processes, including capacity design.\n\nMeticulous, structured, and accustomed to working with documentation and quality systems.\n \n\nGood communication skills and ability to work in international project teams.\n \n\nFluent in spoken and written English.
