As a Process Operator, you will work with control, sampling, and monitoring of our processes \u2013 both on-site in the facility and via process data systems from the control room. The role also includes laboratory tasks such as sampling and operational analysis. You are responsible for ensuring that production is conducted according to instructions and with high quality, while contributing to safe and efficient operations.\nKey Responsibilities and Tasks:\nEnsure that facilities within grain intake, grinding, mash preparation, and fermentation are operated according to current instructions\nConduct rounds according to established protocols regarding process parameters and equipment\nMonitor and control the various process stages\nEnsure that process equipment operates efficiently\nExecute and follow up on 5S within your assigned area of responsibility\nWork actively with continuous improvements and problem-solving\nPlan and carry out competency development in consultation with your direct manager\n\nThe role also includes forklift operation, scheduled outside regular daytime hours.
