You work closely with the operations organization and are responsible for monitoring processes, analyzing operational data, and contributing to safe, efficient, and high-quality facility operations.\n\nThe role involves many contact points and close collaboration with operations staff, maintenance, project organizations, and external suppliers.\n\nExample Work Tasks\nMonitor and optimize processes in daily operations\nOversee and analyze process data and identify deviations\nParticipate in troubleshooting and root cause analyses\nPrepare documentation for improvement measures and process development\nAssist with test runs, commissioning, and process changes\nEstablish and update technical documentation, instructions, and procedures\nParticipate in investment and improvement projects\nCooperate with operations, maintenance, and project organizations\nWork actively with quality, environmental, and safety matters\n\nWho You Are\nWe believe that to succeed in this role, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented.
