You understand modern cyber defense and know how to build and evolve global security capabilities that strengthen resilience, manage risk and support business objectives.\nYou also bring\nExperience leading cyber defense, security operations or security engineering teams in a global environment.\nStrong expertise in threat detection and response and security operations processes and technology.\nExperience delivering security services, including managed security providers.\nProven ability to lead leaders, drive change and influence senior stakeholders.\nExperience from industrial, manufacturing or other complex operational environments is an advantage.\nFluent English; certifications such as CISSP, CISM or GIAC are considered beneficial.\n\nA people-centered leadership style is key to success in this role.
