We operate in Sweden, USA, Germany, Finland, and Italy.\nAbout the Job\nIn this role, you lead and develop work within New Product Development (NPD) and ensure that product development projects are delivered according to agreed scope, timeline, and budget. You drive capacity planning, forecasting work, and project management to ensure that the right resources and competencies are in place throughout the development process.\nAs NPD Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that new products meet technical regulations and that Micropower's process framework is continuously developed. You have budget and KPI responsibility for the department and delegated responsibility for the work environment. The role also includes salary setting, employee conversations, and competence development.\nYou collaborate closely with both internal functions within development, product, and project as well as external customers, suppliers, and partners in certification and technology.
