This involves defining goals and creating a vision for the assigned area from a high-level perspective. The Product Owner is responsible for generating a backlog of items and prioritizing them in accordance with the overall strategy and business objectives established by the Product Manager.\nTo ensure that the product's vision, strategy, and priorities are aligned, the Product Owner should invest a significant amount of time in understanding the product and the value it delivers.
