The position has no direct reports.\nWhat we are looking for\nWe are looking for a commercially driven product management professional with a solid understanding of chemistry and the ability to connect technical knowledge, portfolio strategy, market insight and sales execution. Knowledge of organic chemistry is particularly valuable for understanding how glove materials react when exposed to different substances.\nWe believe you have:\nA university degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, organic chemistry or another relevant scientific or technical field, alternatively equivalent relevant experience\nExperience in product management and\/or product development, preferably as a Product Portfolio Manager, Product Manager, Category Manager or in a comparable commercially focused role\nKnowledge of product positioning, product and application information, pricing and lifecycle management\nExperience of market and competitor analysis and of working closely with sales organizations\nStrong analytical capability and financial understanding, including profitability, business acumen, budgets and cost control\nExperience of leading cross-functional product or portfolio projects\nGood proficiency in Microsoft 365\nFluency in English, both written and spoken; Swedish is highly advantageous\nA valid permit to work in Sweden\n\nExperience from PPE, industrial manufacturing, protective gloves or the chemical industry is considered an advantage.\nAs a person, you are strategic, analytical and commercially oriented.
