Would you like to join us?\n\nSection Mission\nThe Contact Management section is responsible for everything related to contact centers, booking meetings, booking interpreters, video meetings, and more. This responsibility is distributed across 2 different products, Spontaneous and Scheduled Contact, which you will be responsible for.\n\nAs Product Manager, you will drive the work on the entire product lifecycle together with the Product Area Manager and Product Owner as your closest partners. A product's lifecycle includes operations\/management, further development, new development, and discontinuation\/replacement.\n\nYou will work in close dialogue with other products, stakeholders, and partners within and outside the agency.\n\nJob Description\nIn your role you will:\n- Drive change, transition, and serve as an ambassador for our digital transformation.\n- Communicate the product's vision, target image, and strategy.\n- Develop product plans with prioritized impacts\/benefits and delivery strategy.\n- In dialogue with the budget-responsible manager, make forecasts, follow-ups, and financial analyses.\n- Work with the product's entire delivery including operations, development, and lifecycle management.\n- Ensure that the product complies with regulations, laws, and directives.\n- Be responsible for identifying challenges, conducting improvement work, and coordinating with products\/product areas and other parts of the operations that are part of the same flow.\n- Monitor SLA and release policy of all IT support belonging to the product.\n- Be responsible for handling incidents: decide on handling and possible escalation of incidents.\n- Continuously monitor benefits and user experience within the product.\n- Ensure forums for dialogue and cooperation with relevant stakeholders.\n- Be responsible for ensuring that implementation and change management related to the product are carried out.\n\nOur Offer\nThe position is a permanent full-time employment that may begin with a six-month probationary period.
