The role is both strategic and operational and gives you a central position in developing the product area and creating structure for the next phase of the company's growth.\n\nYour main areas of responsibility:\nManage and further develop CRD's product portfolio\nDevelop product strategy and prioritize between different product and development initiatives\nIdentify new applications, customer segments, and market opportunities\nResponsible for negotiations with distributors and suppliers\nResponsible for close dialogue and collaboration with suppliers and partners regarding product development, product customization, delivery conditions, and commercial opportunities\nDrive the development of products, systems, and services from identified need to finished offering, in close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal functions\nWork closely with sales in strategic customer dialogues, demos, tests, and pilots\nTranslate customer and market insights into concrete product priorities\nDevelop complementary offerings in areas such as service, training, and aftermarket\nCreate structure and working methods for the interaction between product, sales, and projects\n\nThe position is based in Stockholm with the possibility of hybrid work. You have been responsible for and contributed to the further development of your own business or product area.\n\nTo succeed in this role, we believe you have:\nSeveral years of experience from a technical and business-oriented operation\nExperience developing technical products, systems, or services based on customer and market needs\nA commercial perspective and understanding of customer and business value\nAbility to analyze, prioritize, and make decisions when multiple opportunities compete for the organization's resources\nExperience working closely with suppliers, partners, and other external collaborators\nStrong collaboration skills and experience from a smaller or rapidly growing organization where you took significant independent responsibility\nExperience from the defense or security industry is a merit, as is experience with the Swedish Armed Forces, FMV, public procurement, or other critical infrastructure activities.\n\nAs a person, you are curious, structured, analytical, and action-oriented. You thrive at creating order and direction, but are at the same time unpretentious and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
