You will lead and develop production with a focus on organization and order, safety, quality, delivery precision, and cost efficiency.\nYou will become an important part of the company's management and will collaborate closely with the Workshop Manager, operational Shift Supervisors, and Logistics Manager.\nThe role includes, among other things:\n\u00b7        Leading and coaching.\n\u00b7        Ensuring that production reaches set targets for quality, efficiency, and delivery.\n\u00b7        Responsibility for capacity utilization and resource allocation.\n\u00b7        Actively working with work environment and safety.\n\u00b7        Ensuring that routines and processes comply with applicable requirements and standards.\n\u00b7        Creating an engaged and responsible production culture.\nWho Are We Looking For?\n We are looking for you who are a confident and clear leader with experience from industrial production.
