The role involves a strong focus on work environment, structure, and collaboration, where you create engagement, clarity, and conditions for the organization to reach its goals.\nYour Profile\nWe are looking for someone with experience from manufacturing industry who has worked in a leading role with responsibility for production, personnel, and business management. You have a good understanding of production flows, capacity planning, productivity, and improvement work, as well as experience leading through other managers or team leaders.\nYou have experience working with monitoring of business goals and key metrics, and are used to creating structure, clarity, and results in an operational business. You also have good understanding of work environment, quality, and management system work. Experience with business systems is a requirement, with experience in Monitor ERP being advantageous.\nExperience with LEAN, industrialization, or production planning is considered advantageous. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.\nAs a person, you are confident, structured, and clear in your leadership.
