The initial assignment will be carried out at a customer location in Halmstad, which means you will primarily work there during the course of the assignment, while also being part of and collaborating with the team in G\u00f6teborg.\nAs a consultant with us, future assignments may be carried out in other locations. Therefore, your place of employment is G\u00f6teborg, even though the current assignment is located in Halmstad.\n \nExamples of Work Tasks\nProduction planning and industrialization of products and processes\nBe the link between the design and production organizations\nDevelop and improve production processes using Lean principles\nParticipate in or lead process and P\/FMEA analyses\nCreate work and assembly instructions\nEstablish control plans and quality assurance documentation\nContribute to continuous improvements in production, quality, and efficiency\n\n\n\n\n\nWho Are You?\n\nWe are looking for someone who is a graduate engineer or has equivalent experience in production technology and has several years of practical experience from manufacturing industry.\n \nTo succeed in this role, we see that you have:\nDocumented experience in production planning, preferably from the automotive industry or other complex manufacturing environments\nExperience working closely with both design and production\nStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.\nExperience with process and P\/FMEA work\nAbility to create work instructions, assembly instructions, and control plans\nGood communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration\n\n\n\n\n\nAs a Person\n\nWe are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can be engaged, solution-oriented, and have strong self-motivation.
