Daily challenges vary between issues related to operations, leadership, and production development.\nAbout the Receiving Department\nReceiving is responsible for goods receiving and material supply to our assembly, as well as for our internal light truck transportation. The pace in the department is high, and the demands for quality and delivery precision are high. As a production leader, you work actively to follow up results, create the right conditions for your employees, and ensure quality and delivery in daily operations.\nThe department currently consists of approximately 30 material handlers and four shift leaders. Operations are currently run in three shifts.\nDescription\nAs a production leader, you are responsible for, among other things:\nHaving personnel responsibility for employees in your area, including development, well-being, and work environment.\nFollowing up KPIs in health, environment, safety, quality, delivery, and economics, and driving improvement activities based on results.\nBeing responsible for the work environment in your area.\nEnsuring adequate capacity in relation to utilization.\nLeading daily operations and following up and reporting results through daily management.\nEnsuring that common working methods and rules are followed.\nBeing CPS responsible (CEJN Production System) for your area and requesting, planning, leading, and driving improvement activities.\n\nProfile\nWe are looking for someone with a genuine interest in both people and technology.\nYou have several years of experience in leadership, preferably from production, logistics, or similar operations.
