As a production manager, you have personnel responsibility for both operators and shift supervisors, and you lead daily operations within and between shifts.\n\nAs a production manager, you are responsible for work environment, equipment, processes, and documentation within your area. You ensure stable production, investigate and manage deviations, and prepare for and participate in regulatory and customer inspections. You report to the Production Manager.
