The position offers excellent opportunities to influence and leave your mark on the department's continued development.\n\nYour main responsibilities include:\n- Personnel management, with a focus on leading, coaching, and developing employees.\n- Develop the department and drive improvement initiatives\n- Collaborate with other internal departments such as engineering, maintenance, procurement, planning, projects, and quality.
