You are responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing production based on customer orders, forecasts, material availability, and capacity. The goal is to create stable and realistic plans that contribute to even production flow and high delivery accuracy.\n\nThe role combines long-term capacity planning with short-term detailed planning. You also work with forecasts and analyses and have an important function in our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).\n\nYou are part of the Supply Chain team, which includes Order & Material Planning, Warehouse\/Logistics, and Strategic Procurement. In the role, you work closely with Production and serve as an important link between several parts of the organization. You ensure that changes and priorities are communicated, anchored, and implemented in stable planning.\n\nYour main areas of responsibility:\n\u2022 Responsible for tactical planning and production planning in the short and long term by balancing customer orders, forecasts, capacity, and material availability into a stable and executable production flow.\n\u2022 Update and optimize planning data in the business system.\n\u2022 Monitor the production plan and replan when conditions change.\n\u2022 Collect, quality assure, and update customer forecasts.\n\u2022 Review and analyze forecast data and results and contribute to improved forecast accuracy.\n\u2022 Be a key function in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).\n\u2022 Coordinate planning data between Supply Chain, Production, and Sales.\n\u2022 Support production in prioritizations and capacity matters.\n\u2022 Update preparation and planning data in Jeeves.\n\u2022 Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in the production flow.\n\u2022 Participate in the development of system support, digital tools, and methods within planning and forecasting.\n\nQualifications\n\nTo succeed in the role, we see that you have:\n\u2022 Higher education or equivalent competence acquired through experience.
