This could involve anything from planning processes and system usage to how resources and materials are utilized.\nIn other words, you become someone who both works close to daily operations and contributes to developing them further.\nYour main responsibilities\n\nPlan and follow up on production based on current needs and conditions\n\n\nEnsure that production has the right conditions to achieve set goals\n\n\nWork with capacity planning and prioritization of production orders\n\n\nCoordinate information between planning and production\n\n\nManage and quality assure information in business and planning systems\n\n\nFollow up on production data and identify deviations and improvement opportunities\n\n\nContribute to developing and streamlining the planning process\n\n\nSupport the organization with questions related to planning and production\n\n\nParticipate in projects and improvement initiatives within production\n\n\nContribute to a more structured and efficient way of working within planning and production\n\n\nWhat we are looking for\nWe believe you have worked with production planning before and have an understanding of how planning affects daily production. You don't need to know everything from the start, but you should be accustomed to working in a structured manner, handling multiple information flows simultaneously, and making decisions based on available information.\nFor this role, we would like you to have:\n\nPost-secondary education in, for example, production, logistics, industrial economics, or equivalent experience\n\n\nExperience in production planning within manufacturing operations\n\n\nExperience working in business or planning systems\n\n\nGood system proficiency and interest in working with data\n\n\nStrong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written\n\n\nIt is advantageous if you have experience with ERP systems or have previously worked with business development and improvement initiatives.\nWho are you?\nAs a person, you are structured and analytical, but also pragmatic.
