You work proactively, spot opportunities before they become problems, and help the organization work smarter together.\n\nYour Main Responsibilities\n- Manage procurement and supplier contacts in both the budgeting and production phases\n- Coordinate material procurement across our projects to create better deals and more efficient purchasing\n- Work with production management to plan and allocate resources between ongoing projects\n- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure the right expertise is in the right place at the right time\n- Provide operational support to our site managers and foremen, follow up on schedules and budgets\n- Participate in budgeting and bidding work together with our estimators\n- Be involved in dialogues with clients, suppliers, and partners\n- Contribute to developing our working methods, routines, and production processes\n- Work closely with company management and be an important part of our continued development\n\nIn short, you'll be one of the people who ensures the whole machine runs smoothly.\n\nWho Are You?\nYou likely have experience from the land, construction, or building industry and understand how project-based work functions \u2013 from budgeting to finished production.\nBut for us, who you are is just as important as what you've done.\nWe believe that you:\n- Have a natural drive and enjoy taking initiative\n- See the big picture without losing the details\n- Are confident, clear, and unpretentious\n- Are solution-oriented and like finding smarter ways of working\n- Find it easy to build trust and establish good relationships\n- Enjoy multiple contact points and like collaborating\n- Are motivated by seeing people develop and succeed\n- Want to be part of developing both the company and the people around you\n\nA driver's license category B is required for the position, as well as Swedish and English in speech and writing as the work tasks require it.\n\nWhy You'll Thrive With Us\nFor us, our people are the most important thing we have.
