You don't need extensive experience as a production technician \u2013 what matters most is that you have a solid technical understanding, strong computer skills, and the ability to structure and communicate information clearly.\nWe would like to see that you have:\n\nTechnical understanding and genuine technical interest\n\n\nStrong computer skills and ease in learning new systems\n\n\nA structured and meticulous working approach\n\n\nAbility to translate technical information into clear instructions\n\n\nEngineering education in, for example, mechanical engineering, production engineering, or other relevant technical field is a plus\n\n\nExperience from production, assembly, or production engineering is a plus\n\n\nExperience with QDA\/QDAQ or similar systems is a plus\n\n\nExperience with Monitor is a plus\n\n\nAs a person, you are meticulous, self-driven, and solution-oriented.
