You'll work close to production providing technical support, problem-solving, and development of manufacturing processes in a growing operation. \nThe assignment is initially six months and starts by agreement. \nYour Future Challenge \nIn this role, you'll work on creating stable and well-functioning production. You move between daily work on the manufacturing floor and longer-term technical matters. One day you investigate the cause of a deviation, the next day you update an instruction or prepare production for a new work step. \nYou maintain ongoing contact with operators, managers, engineers, and other technical functions. Together you ensure that products, methods, and documentation work in practice. You work in a structured way, prioritize based on the operation's needs, and drive your work from analysis to completed action. The role involves many contact points. Therefore, you need to be communicative and enjoy collaborating closely with production. \nWe're looking for someone who has: \nA diploma or master's degree in, for example, production engineering, mechanical engineering, or a corresponding field. \nAt least five years of experience as a production technician. \nExperience working at the interface between design and production. \nA strong understanding of process-driven manufacturing and production flows. \nVery strong analytical ability. \nExcellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. \nGood experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. \nExperience with Creo. \n\nIt's a merit if you have experience from manufacturing or product development.
