We are now looking for a production technician who wants to help develop efficient workflows, improve working methods, and create conditions for modern and competitive production.\n\nJob Description\n\nAs a production technician, you will have a broad and varied role where you work closely with the operation and become an important part of creating smart, secure, and efficient workflows \u2013 with a focus on quality, work environment, and solutions that work in everyday practice.\n\nA large part of the initial focus will be on pre- and post-calculations, time studies, and improvement work. You will examine how work is currently being done, follow up on time and workflows, and identify opportunities to simplify, clarify, and develop working methods together with colleagues on-site.\n\nExamples of Work Tasks:\n\u2022 Conduct time studies and work with pre- and post-calculations related to production and repair\n\u2022 Develop and streamline production, logistics, and repair workflows\n\u2022 Drive and participate in improvement work according to, for example, Lean and 5S\n\u2022 Contribute to smart working methods with a focus on quality, ergonomics, and work environment\n\u2022 Participate in prototypes, pilot series, and implementation of new or modified products\n\u2022 Handle product changes and update documentation, articles, structures, and preparations\n\u2022 Follow up on and analyze statistics related to production and repair\n\u2022 Create instructions, working methods, and support that help colleagues in production and repair workflows\n\u2022 Participate in investments and implementation of new tools, equipment, and workflows\n\u2022 Work closely with production, quality, logistics, repair\/service, and customer projects\n\nQualifications\n\nWe are looking for someone with experience in production engineering, industrial development, or similar work within manufacturing industry. You enjoy working close to operations, like to understand how things work in practice, and have a natural drive to improve, simplify, and create clarity.\n\nYou don't need to have experience from the electronics industry, but you need to have a good understanding of production workflows and feel comfortable switching between analysis, documentation, system work, and practical improvement work in the operation.\n\nWe believe you have:\n\u2022 Experience in production engineering work within manufacturing industry\n\u2022 Knowledge of pre-calculations, post-calculations, and time studies\n\u2022 Experience with improvement work, Lean, or 5S\n\u2022 Ability to analyze workflows, working methods, and statistics \u2013 and translate it into practical improvements\n\u2022 Understanding of how work environment, ergonomics, and quality connect with efficient processes\n\u2022 Post-secondary education in engineering or equivalent experience\n\u2022 Strong English skills in speech and writing\n\nTo thrive in this role, we see that you are proactive, curious, and action-oriented.
