You will work partially remotely, but you will typically be on-site with the customer \u2013 which may involve travel within the region or to other locations.\nThe position is based in the Lycksele\/Vindeln area, and we're looking for someone who lives in or is willing to work in this part of Norrland.\nWe're looking for someone with:\n\u00b7       Higher engineering education or equivalent competence\n\u00b7       Experience in production technology and project management within manufacturing industry\n\u00b7       Strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma\nDesirable competencies:\n\u00b7       Time studies (e.g., SAM, AVIX, PROKON)\n\u00b7       Technical planning of new products\n\u00b7       CAD design in 2D\/3D\n\u00b7       Business systems such as Movex, Monitor, or SAP\n\u00b7       Practical experience in assembly, welding, and\/or painting\nAs a person, we believe you are:\nOrganized, analytical, and solution-oriented\nIndependent and proactive\nA natural leader who builds trust and engagement\nCommunicative, inspiring, and a good team player\n\nYou have a genuine interest in technical development and thrive in a role where you can combine technology, problem-solving, and leadership.
