The role involves managing factory CapEx implementation, preparing BAP\/Memo investment documents, and coordinating with suppliers and contractors. It also includes leading production improvement initiatives, implementing new processes, and overseeing technical training within the Production Department, including Spare Parts and Preventive Maintenance. Close collaboration with Production, Factory Quality, and Product Development teams on technical projects is essential\n \n \nPosition:\n \nAs the Project Lead, you will: \nLead and coordinate projects to fulfill the business objectives with focus on Safety, Quality, Service and Cost, solid long-term engineering solutions based on feasibility engineering studies, and full compliance with local legislation and JTI regulations \nBe responsible for all factory CapEx implementation, BAP\/MEMO investment process preparation and implementation \nUnderstand and revise the scope, time plans, risk matrices of the project to deliver the needed efficiency for the factory operations through effective communication and leadership \nCollaborate with all departments local and global as required to enlist and lead the projects, and with authorities as needed to fulfill the legal requirements.\nEnsure full compliance with EHS requirements, proper housekeeping and 5S of all areas within Engineering responsibility and through projects coordination and implementation of sustainable programs. Encourage \"Best Practice\" standard covering good Safety and infestation management.\n\n \nRequirements:\nDegree in engineering and\/or project management\n3-5 years of work experience in leading projects for factory or site operations involving machines, CE certifications, buildings & utilities etc.\nExcellent Swedish, written and spoken\nGood level of English, written and spoken\nKnowledge in project management software, methods and tools, together with MS Office and Power BI package\nSkilled in SAP and purchasing management tools\nGood overview of legal requirements of factory project management\n\n \nWhat to expect:\nExpect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
