Every event and visit is unique, requiring strong project management skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset.\nAbout our team\nOur team manages and supports visits with strategic impact. We project lead and deliver tailor-made strategic events, and VIP visits that support Tetra Pak's business goals and brand experience. Our primary focus is on external stakeholders, while also supporting internal initiatives connected to the Lund site, leadership events, and strategic priorities. Whether it is a high-level executive visit, a partner delegation, or a large-scale site experience, we carefully customize every event to meet specific objectives and create value for both participants and the business. We ensure each visit is professionally planned and flawlessly executed, combining smooth logistics with meaningful content and exceptional hospitality.\n\n\nThis position is based in Lund, Sweden. In this role, you will report to Manager VIP Visits & Events Engagement Sweden, Sustainability & Communications.\nWhat you will do\n\u2022 Lead and coordinate strategic events, VIP visits, and stakeholder engagements from concept through execution.\n\u2022 Manage project plans, agendas, logistics, budgets, timelines, and communications.\n\u2022 Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to develop engaging visit programs and event content.\n\u2022 Ensure seamless execution of on-site activities and deliver a professional visitor experience\n\u2022 Develop communication materials, presentations, and messaging that support event objectives.\n\u2022 Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.\n\u2022 Drive continuous improvement of event processes, tools, and visitor experience.\nWe believe you have\nTo succeed in this role, you are a highly organized and service-minded professional who enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are confident working with senior stakeholders and have the ability to turn complex requirements into seamless experiences.\nWe believe you have:\n\u2022 A university degree in Communications, Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\u2022 At least 2 years of experience in event management, project management, communications, or a similar role.\n\u2022 Excellent event management and organizational skills.\n\u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\u2022 Experience working with senior leaders.\n\u2022 A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.\n\u2022 The ability to remain calm and flexible in a fast-paced environment.\n\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office software and possess the ability to quickly grasp and learn new technical tools & experience from working with AI-tools.\nTo succeed in this role, you are a highly organized and service-minded professional who enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously.
