At Thule, we create products and experiences that inspire people to live an active life and bring what they love, wherever their adventures take them.\nWe are looking for a Project Manager - Brand to join our Global Brand team and ensure that all the pieces of our global campaigns come together at the right time, in the right format, and to the right standard.\nThis is a project management and coordination role, where your ability to create structure, manage dependencies, and drive delivery will be key to successful campaigns.\n \nWhat you'll do at Thule\nAs a Project Manager - Brand, you will lead and coordinate projects within our global brand organization, with a particular focus on global campaigns across channels. Your role will be to ensure that the different Brand functions have clear responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables, and that their contributions come together as planned.\nWorking closely with stakeholders across our Brand teams, you will coordinate a wide range of campaign deliverables, including imagery, films, renderings, copy, graphic assets, ambassador plans, event plans, and community initiatives. You will establish clear project structures and ways of working, helping teams understand what is needed, when it is needed, and how their deliverables connect to the overall campaign.\nA key part of the role is maintaining an overview of project progress, identifying risks and dependencies, and proactively addressing potential delays or deviations. You will coordinate resources, project members, and external partners when needed, while ensuring that responsibilities and priorities remain clear throughout the project.\nYou will also prepare and present project status updates and key checkpoints to the core campaign team. Regular reporting and follow-up will ensure that relevant stakeholders have the information needed to make informed decisions and keep delivery moving forward.\nThe role spans both short- and long-term planning, translating campaign objectives into clear project plans and coordinated execution. Once the Brand deliverables are ready, you will ensure they are handed over in the required format and according to the agreed timeline for the overall go-to-market coordination.\nWhat you bring\nTo be successful in this role, we believe you have a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with extensive experience in project management within marketing and brand.\nExperience working with marketing, brand, or campaign projects across multiple channels is important, as is an understanding of how different functions contribute to a successful go-to-market. You are comfortable coordinating a broad range of deliverables and dependencies without necessarily being responsible for producing the deliverables yourself.\nThe ability to move comfortably between the strategic and the operational is key. This means understanding the objectives and priorities of a campaign while also being able to dive into the details that keep projects moving. When plans change or challenges arise, a solution-oriented and pragmatic approach helps find a way forward.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential, together with the ability to work effectively across functions, locations, and levels of seniority. You build trust, create clarity, and keep people focused on their commitments while maintaining a good overview of the bigger picture.\nWhy you should join Thule\nAt Thule, we believe in strong teamwork both within your own team but also cross functional between teams. We strive to be an open and curious organization, sharing our knowledge and inspiring one another. \nWithin Thule you will find people who have a passion for the products we make and the outdoor company we are. We share the same values, and we like to have fun. All of our employees have a joint responsibility to maintain that spirit and contribute to it.\nHiring Process\nApply by submitting your application and resum\u00e9 through ","language":"sv","is_translated":true,"title_original":"Project Manager - Brand","description_original":"Bring your life\nWant to help bring global brand projects to life, from planning to final delivery?
