Proximity to production is important, and the position requires 100% on-site presence in Kista. You need to be unpretentious and comfortable moving around in the production environment, handling materials, and solving practical problems as they arise. As a Project Manager, you're responsible for driving and coordinating prototype builds from planning through execution. You work closely with operations and ensure that the right materials and components are in place when needed.\n\nYou will, among other things:\nCreate and follow up on production and prototype plans\nCoordinate material needs and work closely with procurement\nFollow up on deliveries and ensure material availability\nWork hands-on and solve practical problems in production\nCoordinate activities between production, planning, procurement, and design\nCommunicate status, risks, and progress in various forums\nPresent plans and status to different stakeholders\nHandle multiple parallel activities and quickly shift between different priorities\nIdentify issues and independently drive solutions forward\nContribute to developing and improving working methods within Lead & Logistics\n\nWe're Looking for You If\nYou have a background as, for example, a technical project manager or similar, and have an understanding of production and production-related processes.
