All these projects are classified as very critical infrastructure, and therefore cyber security requirements and standards compliance are very high.\nWe are interested in learning more about you and what you can contribute, so don't hesitate to apply even if you don't meet all requirements.\nA team with great cooperation and diverse backgrounds is waiting for you to join!\nYour responsibilities\nYou will lead planning, scheduling, and efforts for all project and tender phases.\nTo timely provide the Project Manager and Line Managers with Earned Value Management Analysis, with look-ahead, reliable, and comprehensive information about project status: schedule, progress, planned, actual, forecast, resources and productivity, trends, and risks.\nShould have strong scope management skills to drive projects and tenders within HVDC Service.\nAnalyze project requirements with the project\/tender team, check that all essential work activities have been identified in sufficient detail to serve as a basis for developing realistic project schedules.\nDefine, jointly with the project team, project work and cost breakdown structure, develop and maintain properly linked, resource-loaded\/integrated baseline and current schedules that provide time-phased baseline, actual, and forecast data for the project.\nMonitor project progress and regularly analyze project critical paths to ensure all critical path activities and project milestones are progressed according to plan, notify the project team of any deviations or scheduling issues, and provide input for optimizing resources.\nIssue progress reports, program updates, and productivity data on a regular basis and as requested by customers and stakeholders.\nContribute to Sales and Operations Planning (SOP) at HVDC Service\n\nYour background\nExperience in planning and\/or cost control on lump sum projects or equivalent.\nThorough understanding of logical sequencing and interfacing of project execution activities in EPC projects.\nAbility to lead planning and project controls activities in multi-location EPC projects.\nExperience planning activities and monitoring execution schedules and physical progress in all project phases.\nExperience in cost management, including cost estimate input from departments, comparing estimate input to experience data, and ensuring compliance with time schedule.\nStrong communication skills and ability to highlight key issues and communicate them to management and other stakeholders.\nTeam player with team management and leadership skills.\nEngineering degree and proficiency in English are required; additional language skills including Swedish are an advantage.\n\nMore About Us\nWe believe great work thrives in an environment where people feel genuinely supported and fairly rewarded.
