upcoming tasks;\n monitor European project opportunities, provide recommendations for the Agency's participation in them, and promote the implementation of innovative solutions;\n represent the Agency's position at meetings of Latvian and international organizations, as delegated by the Agency.\nRequirements for candidates:\n higher education in project management, computer science, or business administration;\n at least 3 years of practical work experience in information systems development, implementation, and\/or maintenance projects;\n understanding of information systems development and implementation processes, requirements analysis, solution development, and integration within the organizational environment;\n knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union in the field of project implementation, state information systems, and public procurement;\n desirable knowledge of ISO IDMP standards, data management, and data quality principles;\n language proficiency: Latvian language \u2013 advanced level 1st degree (C1), English language \u2013 upper-intermediate level 2nd degree (B2) for communication orally and in writing
