Drafting repair work plans, calculating approximate costs of services and construction work necessary for construction provision, conducting price inquiries and their evaluation;\n ensuring timely progress of the construction process by drafting technical specifications and other technical documentation for procurement processes;\n participating in the development of infrastructure development plans;\n preparing draft information reports, technical specifications, contracts, opinions, correspondence and other documents;\n within the scope of your competence, managing infrastructure development projects, representing the agency in construction processes, coordinating and ensuring the development of design tasks and construction technical tasks.\n Our requirements:\n higher education or second-level professional higher education in engineering sciences (preferably construction or real estate management) or legal sciences.
