The role involves identifying small organic molecules using high-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS). Although we primarily use HRMS to identify chemical substances and contaminants, knowledge of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) is also required for verification. The infrastructure is part of LTH Open Labs (Mass Spec Lab LTH) and provides services to researchers and students at Lund University as well as external customers. Proficiency in both English and Swedish is therefore essential.\nQualifications\nRequirements for employment:\nDoctoral degree in Chemistry\nKnowledge of analytical methods, such as HRMS or NMR.\nFluent in English and Swedish, good computer skills, and analytical ability.\nOpen-minded and team player\n\nGreat emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
