The largest part deals with the development of the Olshammar locality and the surrounding area. The other part aims to develop a method for collaboration between the municipality and all of our village groups as well as among the village groups themselves.\n\nThe work takes place in close collaboration with actors in the community. To create a good foundation, we plan to conduct study trips and organize inspirational lectures to gain new perspectives on our change work. In Olshammar there are also partially abandoned properties where the trend can be turned into something better than today. The association life in the locality is active and can gain further momentum with the joint project.
