Then this is the job for you!\n\nThe Process and Product Development section currently consists of 14 engineers, project managers, and technicians and is part of the Processing Technology department, which has around 100 employees. The department manages a broad mix of assignments focused on research and development, while also providing advanced technical support across the entire value chain.\n\nIn the Processing Technology department, we work with today's and tomorrow's products and processes from a broad, cross-functional perspective. As a Project Manager, Research\/Development, you'll have a central role in driving development activities and projects that strengthen our products' competitiveness and long-term value.\n\nYou will, among other things:\n\nDevelop, drive, and implement development activities related to future products\nLead technical development and research projects with many stakeholders\nPlan, follow up, and manage project risks through a structured approach\nCoordinate work between clients, resource owners, production, and other parts of LKAB\n\n\nThe role offers many contact points and good opportunities to develop further within project management and business-related development work.\n\n What You Bring \n\nWe're looking for someone who thrives in a role where you create structure, bring people together around shared goals, and drive development forward.
