With us, you will have the opportunity to develop in a varied role where you work closely with experienced project managers and contribute to projects being completed efficiently and with high quality.\r\n\r\nIn your role as project manager, you act as the client for electrical installation projects. As a project manager, you have overall responsibility for the project regarding time, quality, and budget. You initiate, drive, and structure your own work tasks.\r\n\r\nRegion Sk\u00e5ne's properties are technology-intensive, so you need to have an understanding of technically complex buildings. You conduct cost estimates, feasibility studies, and investigations, and procure consultants and manage their work to develop tender documentation. Furthermore, you procure the contract and are responsible for monitoring the contract until approved final inspection and are responsible for handover to Region Sk\u00e5ne's operations organization.\r\n\r\nIn your role, you are responsible for and take ownership of the entire progress of the installation project, ensure resources and the project scope so that the correct time, quality, and budget are maintained. You are responsible for ensuring that all laws, regulations, and governing guidelines are followed in the construction project in accordance with Region Sk\u00e5ne's Building Process, and that Region Sk\u00e5ne's procurement rules according to the Public Procurement Act (LOU) are followed.\r\n\r\nYou are a key contact with the healthcare operations being conducted in the affected and surrounding spaces where the renovation will take place. You have knowledge\/experience of technical installations within the electrical field, as well as an understanding of the building's entire technical systems and installations. Good computer skills are a necessity in the role, and you must have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. We would like to see that you are familiar with AB, ABT, ABK, as work with developing administrative specifications and procurement of consultants and contractors is part of the position.
