You have good problem-solving skills, see the big picture and can analyze complex issues, prioritize between different needs and find solutions that move the work forward.\n\nThe role involves many contacts with authorities, municipalities, consultants and internal specialist functions. Therefore, you need to be collaborative and able to communicate complex matters in a clear and audience-appropriate way.\n\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n- University or college education of at least 180 credits in planning, landscape architecture or equivalent education\n- Several years of current and relevant experience as a project manager or assignment manager\n- Experience working with planning in multiple phases\n- Experience with complex infrastructure or urban development projects where multiple technical areas and stakeholders need to be coordinated\n- Experience working at the intersection of rail infrastructure and urban planning\n- Good knowledge of the Railway Construction Act, the Planning and Building Act and the Environmental Code\n- Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written\n\nIt is meriting if you have experience with:\n- Railway planning\n- Financial and delivery follow-up of consultant assignments\n- Water operations, building permits or other permit processes\n- Working in a larger, process-oriented organization\n\nOther Information\nThe work location for this position is Sundbyberg.
