Here you will have the opportunity to combine technical leadership with business development in a role where you have significant influence over both projects, customers, and your own development.\n\nAs a Project Manager at AFRY, you will be part of our local PMO within Project Service in Gothenburg. We work closely with customers in the process industry and petrochemical sector along the West Coast, while also driving projects across the country.\nYou will lead multidisciplinary projects where you coordinate specialists in areas such as process, electrical, automation, mechanical, piping, water systems, procurement, and project management. The role also involves developing business and building long-term customer relationships.\nYou will be an important part of our continued growth where you will have the opportunity to:\nLead and execute investment and industrial projects.\nDevelop existing customer relationships and create new business.\nContribute to the development of our project management offerings.\nSupport and coach colleagues in project management.\nInfluence the section's future development and expansion.\n\nWe offer flexibility with placement in Gothenburg, Stenungsund, or Uddevalla depending on what works best for you.\n\nQualifications\nWe believe you thrive in the consulting role and are motivated by creating results through people, business, and projects. You are a confident leader who can take projects from idea to completed delivery while building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.\nTo succeed in this role, we see that you have:\nAt least 5 years of experience in project management within the process industry or petrochemical sector.\nExperience with multidisciplinary projects.\nExperience with EPC\/EPCM projects in the range of 10-100 MSEK.\nCivil or higher technical engineering degree, or equivalent experience.\nGood knowledge of Swedish and English.\nB-class driver's license.\n\nMerits\nCertification in PMI, IPMA, Prince2, or similar.\nExperience in sales and business development.\nEstablished network within the process industry.\nPrevious management or leadership experience.\nExperience with Turn Arounds\/Maintenance Shutdowns.\n\nAdditional Information\nWith us, you get more than a new job.
