By developing new creative working methods together with the city's administrations and young people in the city, strengthening collaboration, and creating better conditions to early meet the needs of children and young people.\n\nThe role involves leading and driving a joint initiative between M\u00f6lndal Municipality and the Tim Bergling Foundation with the aim of promoting children and young people's mental health and early prevention of mental illness.\n\nThe initiative includes the School Administration, the Education Administration, the Social Services and Employment Administration, the Healthcare and Care Administration, and the Culture and Recreation Administration.\n\nAs project manager, you are responsible for creating structure, coordinating efforts, and driving the work forward in close collaboration with the affected operations.\n\n\nThe assignment includes:\n\n\t\u2022 Lead and coordinate work between the participating administrations.\n\t\u2022 Plan and develop meeting structures, collaboration forums, and common working methods.\n\t\u2022 Support the management group in formulating goals, priorities, and expected effects.\n\t\u2022 Drive the work of integrating the initiative into ordinary operations and create long-term sustainability.\n\t\u2022 Organize training, competence-building initiatives, and dissemination of knowledge and methods.\n\t\u2022 Ensure that children and young people are given the opportunity to participate and have influence in the development work.\n\t\u2022 Coordinate a network of ambassadors from participating operations.\n\t\u2022 Follow up, document, and communicate the project's development and results.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\nWe are looking for someone who has:\n\n\t\u2022 Relevant university education in pedagogy, behavioral science, public health, social work, or another area that the employer deems equivalent.\n\t\u2022 Experience leading projects, development work, or change initiatives.\n\t\u2022 Experience collaborating between different operations and professions.\n\t\u2022 Very strong ability to create engagement, build relationships, and drive work forward.\n\t\u2022 Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.\n\n\nMeritorious:\n\n\t\u2022 Experience from the school system.\n\t\u2022 Experience working with children and young people.\n\t\u2022 Experience of cross-sectoral collaboration in public operations.\n\t\u2022 Experience working with mental health or preventive initiatives.\n\t\u2022 Experience working in a politically governed organization.\n\nEmployment form: Permanent employment.\n\nOrganizational Placement\n\nThe position is organizationally placed within the School Administration of M\u00f6lndal Municipality. The assignment is carried out in close collaboration with several administrations and external actors, which means you will work cross-sectorally and have many contact points both within and outside the organization.\n\nThe assignment is linked to the joint initiative between M\u00f6lndal Municipality and the Tim Bergling Foundation running for approximately 2.5 years, provided that the position is filled. The goal is to create sustainable structures and working methods that long-term strengthen work with children and young people's mental health and help children and young people more easily receive the right support at the right time.
