Vaggeryd and Gnosj\u00f6 municipalities jointly run the ESF project Together \u2013 Coordinated Support for Sustainable Self-Sufficiency. The project aims to develop knowledge-based and effective working methods that strengthen individuals' opportunities to achieve employment, studies and self-sufficiency.\nNow we are looking for a project manager who wants to take the baton and continue driving the project forward together with committed employees, activities and cooperation partners.\nAbout the assignment\nThe project is conducted in close cooperation between economic assistance, employment activities and adult education in both municipalities. The focus is on developing initiatives and sustainable working methods that support people who are far from the labor market and at the same time support the ongoing implementation of the new social services law and activity requirements.\nAs a project manager, you have overall responsibility for planning, coordinating and following up on the project. You lead work towards set goals, are responsible for budget and reporting, and ensure that the project's activities are carried out according to schedule.\nAn important part of the assignment is to build and coordinate a multiprofessional team with expertise such as social workers, occupational therapists, doctors, psychologists and educators. The team should, together with regular activities, create individually adapted initiatives that strengthen participants' path towards self-sufficiency.\nThe project is inspired by the Danish BIP model (Employment Indicator Project), where the focus is on identifying and strengthening the factors that increase an individual's opportunities to get closer to the labor market.\nYou will also:\nLead and coordinate the project's activities and development work according to set goals, frameworks and schedules.\nOrganize and run a multidisciplinary team\nBe responsible for budget, financial follow-up and reporting.\nEnsure that the project contributes to business development according to the BIP model, adapted to Swedish conditions.\nPlan and conduct training initiatives, workshops and study visits.\nCooperate with, for example, the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, Region J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping County, employers and other relevant actors.\nFollow up on the project's results and report progress to the steering group and ESF.\nContribute to ensuring that new working methods can be implemented and continue in regular activities after the project period ends.\n\nWho are we looking for?\nWe are looking for you who is a confident and committed leader with the ability to create structure, build relationships and get people to work towards common goals.
