You will work closely with the business, steering committees, sponsors, and IT functions, and drive the project from the feasibility study through implementation.\n\nYour Tasks:\n  Lead business development projects with a focus on digitalization and process development\n Drive feasibility studies together with relevant parts of the organization\n Establish project plans and ensure progress throughout the project lifecycle\n Be responsible for reporting to sponsor, steering committee, PMO, and management group\n Develop requirements specifications for IT solution development\n Work actively with change management and business anchoring\n Follow up and support implementation together with the project's sponsors\n Contribute to the development of working methods and the dissemination of best practices within Business Excellence\n\nYour Profile\n\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nDocumented experience in project management in larger, preferably global organizations\nExperience with business development, process development, and digitalization initiatives\nGood experience leading workshops, creating alignment, and converting results into concrete activities\nExperience with change management in complex business environments\nExcellent communication skills in both Swedish and English\nExperience with IT projects and the development of digital tools\n\nMeritorious:\nKnowledge within Obsolescence Management\nExperience with business systems such as SAP, Teamcenter, or Salesforce (SFDC)\n\nPersonal Qualities:\nTo succeed in this role, we see that you are a driving and structured project manager who thrives in creating engagement and collaboration between different functions.
