It's for someone who wants to manage operations, people, performance, and results.\nYour Responsibilities\n- managing daily operations and route planning\n- assigning work to drivers and cargo handlers\n- organizing the operations of approximately 25 vehicles\n- handling changes, disruptions, seasonal peaks, and operational problems\n- monitoring the quality and performance of employee work\n- tracking vehicle utilization, staffing, costs, and results\n- collaborating on pricing and terms of contracts\n- recommending new hires or terminating relationships with those who don't meet standards\n- making independent operational decisions after training\nWho We're Looking For:\nWe're looking for an independent, proactive, and responsible person with natural authority.
