We work with intake and needs assessment as well as treatment. As a psychologist, you will be part of the healthcare team, consisting of one psychologist, three nurses, one nursing assistant, and a consultant physician. You will have varied tasks at both individual and institutional levels, with freedom to structure and plan your own work. You are part of the treatment team around clients and contribute to increasing the institution's expertise through educational initiatives, supervision, and consultations, as well as overseeing suicide prevention work at the institution. Individual-focused tasks include assessment interviews, psychological evaluations, and to some extent therapeutic counseling.
