The focus is on preventive and early interventions, based on common reasons for visits to a healthcare center. You will work based on the needs of the registered population through digital appointments, internet and group treatment, as well as in-person individual visits.\nWe work using primary care-oriented methods, which include high accessibility, stepped\/stratified care, and collaboration with other professionals and care partners. It is important that you have an interest in working with a primary care orientation, which means prioritizing high accessibility for all residents with mental health and behavioral health issues. Interventions range from psychoeducation and self-care advice to guided treatment with literature or internet-based treatment, group treatment, or individual treatment interventions. To meet the needs of the entire patient population, you must be able to vary your methods and the scope of treatment interventions.\nYou and your colleagues share responsibility with management for the healthcare center's development through continuous improvement work.
