We are close to the riverfront promenade, and on warm summer days, a dip in the river might be appealing.\n\nAnderstorp Health Center is now seeking a licensed psychologist.\n\nWe offer you the opportunity to work at a well-functioning health center where we currently have over 50 employees with broad expertise in many areas. We have an established psychosocial team consisting of a specialist psychiatric nurse, health and medical care counselor, and psychologist. We place great focus on working with mental health and lifestyle habits and have effective collaboration both within the psychosocial team and with the rest of the health center. This means we use multiple theoretical foundations and many different tools. Our ongoing development work rests on three pillars:\n\n\t\u2022 increasing individual competence\/effectiveness (we want to become better and accomplish more but not compromise on quality or health)\n\t\u2022 jointly building a professional platform to work from (we want to be able to do and think differently but understand and trust each other anyway)\n\t\u2022 adapting our contribution to the psychosocial team so that we strengthen the team and meet patients in the best way based on given conditions (adapt to circumstances but also create long-term development)\n\nPsychologists, with or without licensure, in Skellefte\u00e5 primary care meet in a digital morning meeting every other week. There we support, advise, and encourage each other. Four times per term, the same group has external supervision digitally.
