Treatment is delivered both in groups and individually. You will work both independently and in interdisciplinary teams, and participate in joint conferences and professional meetings. We collaborate extensively with childcare, schools, social services, and other healthcare operations.\nWe offer basic training when you join us and will assign you a mentor. The unit includes open care clinics, enhanced open care, and an inpatient ward with acute services. A contact center for children and young people with mental health issues is also part of the unit, with a mission to provide guidance, conduct assessments, and triage\/sort to the correct level of care. We provide treatment both individually and in groups, with both planned and acute visits, as well as telephone counseling. We also offer psychopedagogical treatment interventions for patients and relatives. Together, we are about 150 employees working with shared processes and goals. We work in multiprofessional teams with a holistic view of the person and adapt care interventions to the patient's needs and circumstances.
