The director is also responsible for ensuring that the pedagogical activities are designed so that all children thrive and develop in accordance with the goals and regulations governing preschools. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that all educators have the right conditions to work according to the preschool's curriculum and for maintaining a good work environment for both children and staff.\nAs director, you have full financial responsibility for results, work environment, and personnel for your units, with the drive to create an attractive preschool with satisfied children, staff, and parents. You are part of a director group where you have your colleagues as a sounding board and support.
