Additionally, you ensure that all educators have the right conditions to work according to the preschool's curriculum and that there is a good work environment for both children and staff.\nAs principal, you have full financial responsibility and accountability for personnel and work environment at your units, with the drive to create an attractive preschool with satisfied children, staff, and parents. You are part of a principal group where your colleagues serve as sounding boards and support.
