The role combines quality management with clinical research operations. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality and operational processes supporting ZRO Imaging's clinical research, imaging, and biomarker activities.\nYou will work closely with ZRO Imaging's scientific and imaging teams, clinical sites, clients, research institutions, vendors, and other external partners.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nPhD or equivalent advanced academic qualification in biomedical sciences, life sciences, or a related scientific discipline\nAdvanced understanding of biomedical and clinical research\nExperience with clinical research operations and complex research documentation\nAbility to understand scientific and technical requirements relevant to imaging, biomarkers, and clinical research\nExperience with clinical research quality systems, including SOPs, controlled documentation, and regulatory requirements\nAbility to work effectively across scientific, clinical, quality, and operational functions\nStrong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail\nStrong scientific and technical writing skills\nProfessional proficiency in English\n\n\nMeritorious Qualifications\nExperience coordinating clinical sites, vendors, or external research partners\nExperience working in multidisciplinary and international research environments\n\n\nKey Responsibilities\nContinued development and maintenance of ZRO Imaging's Quality Management System (QMS)\nDevelopment, implementation, maintenance, and periodic review of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and associated controlled documentation\nCoordination of operational activities for clinical imaging and biomarker projects\nDevelopment and implementation of standardized processes for project initiation, execution, documentation, and close-out\nCoordination of vendors and external research partners\nSupport for regulatory and quality compliance applicable to clinical research and imaging activities\nCoordination of training and documentation required for consistent implementation of company procedures\nContribution to data governance, information management, and data protection processes in coordination with relevant specialists\nCoordination of operational and quality activities across the organization\nDevelopment of scalable operational processes and infrastructure as the company's activities expand\n\n\nPractical Information\nEmployment type: Full-time, permanent employment\nLocation: Gothenburg, Sweden\nWork arrangement: On-site\nLanguage: English (working language); Swedish is meritorious but not required\nStart date: By agreement\nSalary: Fixed monthly salary\n\n\nHow to apply:\nAll applications, including your CV and a brief cover letter, must be submitted via hello@zroimaging.com, with \"Quality & Operations Lead\" in the subject line.\nApplications submitted through other channels will not be considered.
