By taking these steps, you can help create a culture where safety is a shared value and a top priority for all stakeholders involved in the project.\nReporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, the key responsibilities of the role will include:\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n\n\u2022 Overseeing the administration and change order process associated with the CSA packages\n\u2022 Ensure all changes are captured and costings appropriately assessed and validated prior to issuing to the Design Team and Client\n\u2022 Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the project team and\/or the client\n\u2022 Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work\n\u2022 Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies\n\u2022 Performing risk, value management and cost control\n\u2022 Advising on procurement strategy\n\u2022 Identifying, analysing, and developing responses to commercial risks\n\u2022 Preparing and analysing costings for tenders\n\u2022 Allocating work to subcontractors\n\u2022 Providing advice on contractual claims\n\u2022 Analysing outcomes and writing detailed progress reports\n\u2022 Valuing completed work and arranging payments\n\u2022 Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use\n\u2022 Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.\nThe key individual will be articulate with good numeracy and time management skills.
